The Home Builders Association of Northern California represents 1,000 Bay Area homebuilders, trade contractors, suppliers and industry professionals in 14 counties and advocates for the building industry through legislative action, heightened standards and consumer awareness. From legislative advocacy, business networking and educational programs to money-saving benefits and an array of communication publications.

Membership is initiated by an invitation from a current HBANC Member who agrees to become your sponsor. Your initial membership dues are submitted with your completed membership application and are renewable on an annual basis. We offer two categories of membership,
